The Mid Yorkshire Golf Club will be the Regional
Development Centre for the England Golf Under 18's Yorkshire Squad (AASE
Programme) for the 2013-2014 season. The mixed squad of 8 players will use the
club as their home coaching facility, Squad Manager Mark Baber of Peak-State
Golf said "This is a great venue choice for us, we have a great relationship
with the club and the facilities available give us every opportunity to fully
develop these players and get them ready for National Squad selection in a
couple of years time. I'm looking forward to working with the squad coach and
head pro Aran Wainwright, let's hope he can pass on his secrets of his
matchplay success to these young players".
